Join ALFON INC to improve the lives of people with disabilities really make a difference in our community. You can be part of something truly critical that directly helps people in Hampton Roads, and beyond, gain independence. Support from corporate sponsors, volunteers, advocates, and employers make this organization successful. Combined with families, clients, therapists, staff, and teachers are committed to the programs and services that help people with disabilities enjoy dignified, productive lives of their choosing as fully accepted members of society.

There are many ways to help, like becoming a business partner with ALFON, donating, or becoming a member and advocate. If you’re able to provide monetary donations, know we operate extremely efficient with only an 11% administrative fee organization wide. This year alone we have supported two families with access to housing. Housed four individuals in the ID/IID population and have fed hundreds of deserving families and people within our community.
