Providing housing, better care and nourishment to our community one roof and one bite at a time.
Our Story
Since our founding in 2021, we have grown in this short period and serve families who fall within low-income brackets with safe affordable housing. ALFON also serves people with disabilities through short-term and long-term residential housing. We offer work study programs for those with disabilities in our community kitchens to help their fellow neighbors by providing sustainable nourished meals. Adults with disabilities participating in ALFON’s employment programs earn thousands in wages and benefits. We provide federal contract staffing through our government contracts. This allows people with disabilities work alongside enlisted and civilian personnel at military bases.
ALFON INC is a 501c3, tax-exempt organization. Your donations help people of all ages live, work, and thrive in our community. We are a service provider, as well as a business employer serving our community in the Hampton Roads area.
